17 Weeks & counting

A good start to the week with a long ride Sunday. Out & back for 2 hours. Both legs were basically the same speed at 26km/h. A trip to Brisbane mid-week, visitors staying and heavy rains put a bit of a dampner on this weeks training. I did manage a 2010 PB for a 5k run, that contains a 250m "sprint" each km.

1 x swim: - 16:54 - 600m
1 x bike: - 2:00:03 - 51.96km
2 x runs: 1:31:04- 15.00 km
Overall 3:48:01 for the week.
